Re-elect Kermit Carlson as Central Division Director
It has been my privilege to serve as your Central Division Director since July 2016, and for the six years before as Vice Director.
For the past eight years I have worked closely with you and the elected and professional ARRL staff to improve amateur radio and to provide you insight and openness to league functions.
When re-elected I will work diligently to be a communication bridge between you and the new league management and staff representing you and your views and ideas.
The ARRL needs experienced, strong, and committed leadership to meet today's challenges and to be ready to face tomorrow's.

Steadfastly represent the consensus of the Central Division Members to the ARRL CEO, President, Other Directors, and ARRL Staff
Represent their actions and future plans, along with status of on-going legislation back to you
Diligently protect the Amateur Radio Spectrum
Improve member services
Protect antenna rights while fighting unfavorable land use that restrict effective antennas
Currently Central Division Director
Serve on the ARRL's Administration and Finance and OO Program Review committees
Chair ARRL Board’s EMC “ElectroMagnetic Compatibility” Committee
Previously served on the Program and Services Committee, Ethics and Elections Committee, VHF Contest Revitalization Committee, and as the Board Liaison to the VUAC
Prior to my six year stint as the Vice Director, I was the Central Division representative to the VUAC and the VRAC
